Mulled Wine (Glühwein) Recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle of Uncaged Pinot Noir
2 heaped teaspoons (10g) of Gewurzhaus mulled wine spice mix
60g Gewurzhaus vanilla bean sugar
1 infuser bag

How to cook

Place the mulled wine spice mix in the infuser bag, staple or tie shut. Then heat the wine with the vanilla bean sugar and spice bag for around 15 minutes on a very low heat. Making sure it doesn’t boil (otherwise you’ll loose all the alcohol). Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved.

Serving

Pour into warm mugs or glasses.
Garnish with a slice of orange and cinnamon quill (optional).
